  1. What time is Check In and Check Out?
    Check In: 4:00 PM and Check Out: 11:00 AM. If you arrive early we can give you parking passes, access to our changing room and set up a text alert. If your room becomes ready prior to 4:00 PM, you will be notified and we can check you in early. Late checkouts are subject to availability on your departure date and an additional fee.
  2. How many parking spaces do I receive?
    1 parking space per room is available at check in. There is nearby free street parking for additional vehicles.
  3. Does your hotel allow pets?
    YES! Your pets are welcome for a small fee $35 per night per pet.  Please contact directly for restrictions.
  4. Does your hotel allow smoking?
    Our hotel is 100% Non-Smoking, those guests whom are caught smoking in the hotel room will be assessed a $300.00 smoking fee.
  5. Do you have an elevator?
    Yes. The main building does have an elevator, but the west building does not.
  6. Is Wi-Fi complimentary?
    Yes.
  7. How close is your hotel to the beach and the boardwalk?
    Safari Hotel Boardwalk on 13th St on the Oceanfront Boardwalk
  8. What is your deposit policy?
    A deposit will be charged at the time of booking, totaling the first night room and tax. 
  9. What methods of payment do you accept?
    Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Cash. No 3rd party credit cards accepted, guest checking in must have own credit card.
  10. What is your cancellation policy?
    If a reservation is cancelled at least 7days before the arrival date you will receive a full refund of your advance deposit(if booking directly with the hotel). If you cancel within the 3 day arrival window, you will lose 100% of the advance deposit (if booking directly with the hotel)
  11. Can I stay at your property if I am 18 years old?
    Yes, anyone whom is 18 years or older may stay at our property. Any guest under the age of 25 will be subject to an additional security deposit. The security deposit will be refundable upon checkout, provided there are no damages, incidentals, or evictions.
  12. Do you have a pool onsite?
    No
